Library charges & fines
Borrowing books from the library Libraries is free. However, there are charges for some services and fines charged for loaned items that are overdue.
Your loans can be renewed via the Online Catalogue.
You can borrow up to 12 items for three weeks including a maximum of 4 audio visual items. If items are returned late you may have to pay a fine. Items may be renewed up to 5 times if there are no outstanding reservations attached. See below for more detailed fees and charges.

No charge for under 16s / over 60s
DVDs 30p each per day
Reservations for books, CDs and DVDs in stock
There is no charge for reserving an item that is in stock or at any London Libraries Consortium library.
Please note that we only accept reservations for CDs and DVDs that are listed as in stock
